HOW CAN I HELP?

As both a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer, I tailor my work to each individual client based on their specific needs, interests and goals.

NUTRITION CONSULTING

Personalised | Targeted | Integrative

I help clients navigate their way through gut issues, burnout, sleep problems, weight issues and hormone dysregulation, with the ultimate goal being always to improve overall well-being. Our first session will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness, defining some health goals and co-creating a personalised health plan to fit your unique needs. You'll receive a targeted health plan, including diagnostic testing options and supplement recommendations if applicable. Since wellness goes far beyond nutrition, I'll also be guiding you in your fitness choices, stress relief practices, sleep hygiene and more.

 

We'll schedule check-ins as regularly as you like to monitor progress, make plan adjustments and for coaching and support. In between sessions you'll have access to me via Whatsapp for any questions.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personalised | Motivating | Performance-driven

Full-body strength training, fast and furious HIIT workouts, hardcore abdominal work - you can expect all of this and more from each session with me. I love creating fun, varied, personalised workouts, all geared towards you achieving your goals. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, we'll identify specific skill-based goals then work towards them in a fun, challenging, energising way. I'll be cheerleading you along the way and you'll be stronger and fitter than you can imagine in no time.

I currently see most of my clients in Holland Park and Clapham Common, and offer Zoom sessions with clients who live out of London. If you'd like to discuss an alternative location in London, drop me a line and we'll see if it's possible.

 

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Tailored | Supportive | Independent

Perhaps you can't meet in person; you're highly motivated but want help creating a programme that will push you towards your goals; or you want some extra workouts to keep the momentum going in between our personal training session. Whatever your reason, if you want a tailored fitness programme that you can follow yourself and in your own time, online exercise programming is a really great option. It takes the pressure off having to figure out what to do in the gym, and means that the exercise you're undertaking is in alignment with your goals.

 

You'll receive written workouts every week, tailored to you and the equipment you have available. You'll also have access to me via Whatsapp for questions and feedback. I do recommend at least one session in person for us to get to know each other, but from there you can fly on your own if that's what you want!
